How to Lodge your Complaint Online?
You are required to create an account on SCORES using THIS LINK. For account creation you are required to enter following information:

Listed Companies
Before filing a complaint with SEBI, you are required to file a complaint with the concerned intermediary / listed company for redressal of your grievance first. If you don’t receive any proper reply/resolution from the intermediary/company, then you can lodge your grievance with SEBI.
