You can file your grievance with Department of Telecommunications if you are facing any of the following issue:

  • Network issues like Call drop/Congestion/Dead Connection.
  • BSNL not porting your number under Mobile Number Portability.
  • Offering less 2G/3G/4G internet data than what was initially offered.
  • Misleading advertisements and offers.
  • Sudden Deactivation of SIM Card/Landline/Broadband services.
  • Overcharging in postpaid bill.
  • Not refunding money after failed transaction(s).
  • Not refunding your security deposit amount.
  • Not refunding excess amount that was charged in the previous month’s bill.
